I did not like having to lie about my symptoms and say I was sick with a cold in order to book an appointment on line through the Fast Track system. It felt dishonest. I felt like I was being chastised for wanting a Covid-19 test when I had be in close constant contact with someone that had Covid-19, but did not have the results back even though we knew his girlfriend had tested positive and he did actually test positive in the end.

The staff was incredibly rude. I was there twice in the same day for a test for one of my children on Friday the 14th if August and both of the ladies at the counter were very rude and unprofessional. We will not use this fac6again the the future even though it is closer to our home. I do not recommend them.

This clinic is not a place to come if you need information or compassion. I made an appointment in the morning (10:30am) to get a rapid Covid test. Inputting all the requested information and stating specifically what I needed and why. I need to go to CT for a family funeral. Once all the information was input, my appointment was almost immediately confirmed. Seemed to good to be true. And it was. The receptionist was extremely rude, your online reservations promised us an email confirming our appointments, that never happened, no where does it read to be at the chosen location 15min prior to our appointment. The receptionist basically ignored us and was extremely unprofessional. I’ve been in the medical field for 38 years and have never seen such unprofessional behavior. After a 3.5 hour wait I was greeted by Emanuel, the nurse. He just asked asked “Epanol”? I answerEd “ No” and eventually he mumbled something that I couldn’t understand. I asked him what did he say and he said “your blood pressure is high”. That was our whole interaction. No “hi” no “bye” nothing else. He didn’t even looked at me. I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for my 3 year old son to get covid testing. I made my appointment days in advance and it was scheduled at 12:15pm. I spoke with two people the day before to confirm my appt and to make sure I arrived on time with my paperwork completed, which I did. We waited for 3 1/2 hours to be seen. That is absolutely absurd. I am disgusted with the way TGH has handled this pandemic with their allotted 25 tests per day... They should be ashamed of themselves and should have either provided an option to actually book an appointment rather than make people wait as early as 4am to hopefully "make the cut." I went there with my 3 children a few days ago at 7am, waiting in a line wrapped around the back of the building, to be cut off about 10 people too late. The receptionist is WONDERFUL! All the doctor did was tell me he didn’t know what was wrong, and prescribed me steroids to cover my symptoms instead of actually trying to find out what was wrong with me.
