Diagnosed with a viral sinus infection. Followed up with my primary after symptoms did not improve and turns out I have the flu.

My only complaint was the tech that came in At the end of my appointment to deliver a splint for my foot. The brace was so loose that by the time i got to car it was falling off my foot. Her statement was she didn't know what my pain level was. I don't think she had a clue how it should fit. perhaps a lesson on splints or braces is in order.

Doctor was very condescending. Know it all attitude. Ended up going to Citrus Park ER for real medical attention. Will also be contacting insurance company to dispute.

Avoid Alyssa Doring, NP. When a patient comes in with green discharge, headache and pressure behind both eyes is a no brainer sinus infection, I am 50 and have had them throughout my life, she wanted to proscribe nasal spray to see what happens, missed this one big time. She needs more training, last time I will go there and will tell everyone I know to avoid, it was a jaw dropping experience, the front staff was nice, she was not.

I pre-scheduled an appointment on-line for 1:30 pm. I checked in at 1:19 pm (11 minutes early). This was for a simple pre-employment drug screen (pee test sample). Didn't even need to see a doctor. I waited in waiting room for over an hour. At 2:30 (a Full Hour after my appointment time) I went to front desk and asked what is going on. I have now waited over an hour after my appointment time, and all the people in waiting room that were there ahead of me had gone, and they are now taking people back that got there AFTE... read more

I was there for 3 hours and spent about 5 minutes with the doctor. I told the nurse about the wait but she didn’t seem to care. After that, I sent my daughter to get my prescription and they forgot to get it to the pharmacy. I called many times but they never answered the phone. I had to go back there and ask them to send my prescription again. Very disorganized and slow.

I was treated for the flu even though I repeated told the doctor I had a sinus infection. I had to go to another doctor to get the medicine I needed. I will not visit this location again.

Appointment request was prompt and wait time mimimal. Insect bites and meds prescribed.
