Covid safe; followed distancing & mask policy. Lots of hand sanitizer available. Administrative staff was courteous and professional. The Dr. was very thorough and knowledgeable.

I made an appointment for 5:15pm and was not seen until 6:30pm. Not sure the point of making an appointment if everyone else goes before you? I was seen by the NP for approximately 90 seconds, and the staff barely took any information from me at all. They wrote notes on the back of a piece of paper and quickly moved on. No patient care at all.

Staff on site was friendly and helpful, however it's been all downhill from here. Got a COVID test and was told (in writing and in person) that results would be delivered in 2-3 days, it has been 5 days with nothing. Mother got tested with me and already received results within specified timeframe. I have yet to receive any results, and any time I call I'm on hold. Have been on hold on 4 separate occasions now (various times of day/days of the week) with no human contact (I gave up and hung up after an hour). Only time I can... read more

Obscenely ridiculous wait times what's the point in having an appointment if you don't get take until almost 2 hours later. This is supposed to be Urgent Care I don't think so. Provider nice, receptionist eh, if I had some place else to go I would have.

I have always had a good experience at the original Fast Track Urgent Care. This visit was a huge deviation from prior experience. First of all I went to the Westchase location for a suspected broken foot. This was disclosed immediately. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes. An hour later was told they were short staffed and the PA was taking a lunch break. As soon as I got called back, was told “I have good news and bad news, good news we have an X-ray machine, bad news we have no one to operate it”. I should have be... read more

Scheduled an online appointment For a sports physical and showed up 15 minutes early. Wasn’t seen for two hours past my appointment time. After being seen and leaving I realize they filled out a school physical not a sports physical. As they were already closed I went back the next day and requested they filled out the correct form. They made me wait another hour and then told me that I would have to be seen again and pay another fee even though it was their mistake! Complete waste of time and money. Will never return.

My wife scheduled an appointment for a COVID test 4 days ago. Made the appointment for 9 am (the first appointment of the day) we showed up 15 min early and waited 45 minutes with no one being called back. I approached the reception and was told there was only one nurse on site and that I would have to wait. I found her to be very rude. We schedule appointments so we can get back to work. The lobby was full with no one being called!! I don’t recommend this place!!

I did not like having to lie about my symptoms and say I was sick with a cold in order to book an appointment on line through the Fast Track system. It felt dishonest. I felt like I was being chastised for wanting a Covid-19 test when I had be in close constant contact with someone that had Covid-19, but did not have the results back even though we knew his girlfriend had tested positive and he did actually test positive in the end.
