About this business

HealthcareUrgent CareWalk-in Clinics

At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

On the advice of PCP, I took my mother to the TGH Urgent Care at Westchase. The technician was not able to draw her blood and suggested another center. The PA prescribed a medication but NEVER sent the script to the pharmacy. Attempted to call and no answer. Had to take my mother to the emergency room.

Had a 1:30 appointment but was there for 3 hours before being seen. Appointments should not be scheduled unless they can be kept. Staff did not tell you had ahead a time that there was going to be a long delay. Nurse practitioner was very nice but did not offer any medications for my symptoms. Had to go to my PC for an antibiotic and Medro pack which could have been ordered at the urgent care visit so I had to incur another expense. Had COVID test took 3 days to get result and had to call and wait on hold for over 30 minutes... read more

Went in to get a Covid test. The staff treated me like I was trying to get a prescription and would not administer the test. Overall, the way they handled the visit was awful. By the end they told me that they would charge my insurance, I am not sure for what as NOTHING was done. I recommend you update the testing guidelines if this is the way to proceed, so people don’t have to wait that long for nothing and there is no need for billing

I came to you for help and the Nurse practitioner Doris Scruggs didn't examine me she just said that I have a lot of of issues and gave me (2) prescriptions said that I had a tension headache and if it gets worse and it did to go to hospital. I will never come back there again. I will look into filing a complaint.

The experience was not so good. Wait time was longer than anticipated, it took them an hour just to call my name. Worst thing is there was no paper liner in the bed where patient lay down. They told me it’s clean but saw bunch of hair there which must be from an earlier patient. Disliked the diagnosis plus no weight was taken, they just ask you and that’s it. I will not recommend this type of care to no one where hygiene is overlooked and nurses don’t knock the door before coming in.

The staff was nice but limited knowledge of my pinky fracture and splinting it after ex rays were done to immobilize. I left with no pain meds for the night and my upcoming appointment with. Specialist is not for 6 days. I called to ask for pain meds, told I have to come by, I will have to pay another office visit for pain meds! Less than 24 hours after my initial visit 🤬

Very busy no point in making an appointment as you will wait at least an hour or more anyway. Not to mention I was able to make a late in the day appointment for a job drug test. I scheduled time off from my job and arrived only to be turned away and told I would have to come back on a different day and earlier as they stop doing drug test by 5pm.
