Very unprofessional, didn’t take patients in the order they came in. Even with an 11am appointment they took a person with an 11:30 appointment before me. The doctor/PA that saw me had a filthy mask on and seemed either disinterested or just overwhelmed

Normally I have a positive experience at this location but today’s visit was horrible. The provider was not only arrogant but very nonchalant. He did not provide any real answers or solutions. He didn’t even provide his name when he entered the exam room. An overall negative experience. If I ever go back to this location and the provider I saw today is present, I’ll just leave. No need to experience him twice!

Front desk person not friendly or helpful. Gave all my paperwork to her at check in. Waited 2 hours only for dr to tell me o needed to go to Er instead. There was no reason I could not have been told this up front when I filled out the paperwork w my info reason I was there and ha e my prior Er visit info to front desk. She was cold never smiled and no compassion. Barely even looked up. Not the way a healthcare provider should respond.

Covid test patients should be seen by different doctors so people who are there who are actually sick with something else can be seen in a more timely manner. One group for covid testers, one group for those with other illnesses. Not fair to make me wait almost four hours to be seen because of covid.

The wait was over 3 hours long and I arrived at 11:45am. No one answers the phone, ever. Regardless of how long you wait.

I don’t why but it’s so frustrating to be waited for two and half hour sitting in the car in much of HOT weather it’s urgent care everyone should be treated as soon as possible otherwise there is no point to having urgent care

Scheduled a 915 appointment online, for rapid test. Took 2 HOURS - wasn't called back until after an hour and 15 minute wait. At that point vitals were taken and we were put in a room but they still did not do the swab. After another 20 minutes of waiting, and me having to again ask what was going on, they finally came in and swabbed my daughter.
