All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Waited too long in waiting room without any explanation why
After wait in my car for almost two hours. I went back in and realized the had called a different number. I lost my queue in line and basically everyone that came after was able to be seen…took me more than 2 hours to get in out. I was disappointed! Positive note after waiting time the rest of the experience was pretty good! Thanks

The moment I entered the location at Sheldon Rd I felt like I was bordering the 2 front desk receptionists as I interrupted their chatting to check in. They barely talk to me and told me to sit and wait so they could continue the conversation. I went on New Year eve around 8:00pm. A very unprofessional staff starting with receptionist very rude and demanding for me to sign docs. I went there after testing positive for Covid to request a z-pack to avoid possibility of cytokines storm infection during and after Covid. Also Monoclonal Antibody Therapy, do to the risk of my age 65 yes old. Nothing was provided other then taking pulse and checking blood pressure and rushed out and pay the Bill. Requesting my money back I will never visit this place again
I brought my Mom in because she was in severe pain and felt like her arms and legs were on pins and needles. We checked in, spoke to the nurse in the triage who, instead of listening to my Mom's answers to her questions, was being sarcastic and kept saying "Don't ask me, I don't know" then proceeded on telling us, for some unknown reason, that her computer had to reboot and that she needed to wait before proceeding with further questions. The wait time on the phone was over 90 minutes and no one answered so we went in. Another person at the location said she was on hold for over 2 hours. Don’t have a call in line if you have no staff to answer it.
