At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Provider was not listening by focused on what she felt was the problem. Front office was excellent but totally dissatisfied twitch the nurse practioner .Would not provide me with antibiotic needed for my sinus infection. Would not gone there except for my primary cares office being closed for the holiday. After being miserable all weekend, received the medication I needed from my provident Walked and told the practitioner we would not pay and not to bill my insurance.
multiple mistakes, misdiagnosed, didn’t splint my son, refused to share my kid’s films, misread Xray, took 2 hrs to call back to tell my broken bone.
1.receptionist was not friendly at all 2. Wait time was ridiculous 3.waiting to see the doctor in the exam room took forever & then waiting forever to get my paperwork.
Didn't feel I was taken care of very well.
I came there because I felt bad and had taken 2 home tests. One said positive the other negative. She tells me well those tests are accurate. Ummm which one? I said I want one done here. She tried to talk me out of it for some reason. She said if I got a positive at home I didn’t need another I have Covid. Finally she tested and said it was positive. I recvd no paperwork nothing. I gather what she was trying to get across was any positive result is positive doesn’t matter if I take another and came out negative. I get that b... read more
Nurse Practitioner was great. That said, rest of office was a nightmare. 12:15 appointment, I arrived at 12:05, not called back for vitals until 1:15, didn’t checkout until 2:05. Either get more help or limit the number of patients seen. Also, your people are the face of your business, your brand. The front desk and nurses all lack professional looks. It’s a business not a rave.
Is the second time I use this location, the doctor didn't have much experience, after I tell him the symptoms and the maybe was a ear infection, he only checked my ear and told was not infected, so he left to do some search, after coming back, no more question or exame, just told me they will schedule ENT, they call me and my appointment is in 30 days, I still feeling strong pain, so was a waist of my time, didn't help, now I need to go see my doctor so she can help me
Got there with symptoms took 3 hrs if i wont get up to see what was going on they even knew they haven’t yet be not even taken my vital sign. They didn’t ordered anything and I have tested positive
Took way too long. Only needed a Covid test for travel and they made me take vitals, listened to my heart and lungs, etc… 2 hours for something that should have taken 5 minutes. Plus the staff was kind of rude
