I came there with an upper respiratory infection, and I was refused antibiotics. I have green yellow red colored mucus. I lost my voice. So here I am a week latr, still coughing and hacking, keeping everyone around me sick. Your American Medical Society is keeping the working class sick and at home. Give us the drugs we need. And keep your politics out of it. Liberals!

we made an appointment so we would limit our exposure to your sick patients. I am not sick I was there for my ankle. we were seen almost an hour after our scheduled time and I think the doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me. not to mention that your waiting room is too small and people were having to stand.

Front desk is phenomenal, but the nurse that takes your stats in this particular day leaves a lot to be desired. She was very impersonal and borderline rude. I like the front desk, but dread the stats folks especially when they have no bedside manners.

I went there last Sunday with a pain in my risk that hurst heavily, they did some xrays and told me they will call next day, because they didn’t see anything wrong on the results, so they will have an specialist call me back, so now I’m still waiting for the call, and my pain is even worse, more than ever, thanks guys CB

When i made my turn it took 2 hrs and it was because I ask how much longer the reason I went there was for a drug screen test for a new job and the only thing was only to urinate in a cup.

The two young ladies at the front desk were not friendly. One lady in particular was surly and when I commented on something she had said she flatly told me "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to her" (meaning the other receptionist), well then don't be talking to the other women while you are checking ME in! Also I waited for 2 hours and watched as all the people before me were seen, along with 3 people who arrived AFTER me! Our appointment was quick but we didn’t appreciate the nurse telling the rest of the office that our son had ring worm as she passed a group of co workers and before she had informed us what the diagnoses was.

I have one suggestion to split the waiting area for the sick and the well. I came in because I was sick but I noticed some people were not. There were a lot of sick people there yesterday especially kids who were all over the place and touching everything especially the water fountain.

The practitioner that saw me came in wanting to do what she felt was necessary without listening to my entire story. I felt like she did not diagnose my conjunctivitis right I don’t have it I have a uveitis and she didn’t give me antibiotics for long enough since what she gave me is only 10 days and 14 days three weeks ago didn’t work. Most upsetting with that She had her set procedure for what she planned to do and did not listen to me at all.
