This place is definitely just in the business for the money. I went for a pre employment weight verification and drug screen. First let me say, both were conducted professionally. However, after I did the weight verification, I was 20 pounds over the max weight. Bad customer service. Bad at listening. Played off all my issues as “too soon, too late, or that is regular”. No prescriptions or advice on how to treat. Made me feel stupid. Won’t be returning.

Not helpful on follow up calls 4 days after starting antibio no improvement. Why put on discharge papers to come back in 1-2 days

This was first time at this establishment from the front to the nurse I was good. I explained that it feels like Im having a sinus infection again. The doctor was ok until she stated that she gave a list Sudafed a ipratropium nasal and Tylenol. I asked about my throat that hursts to swallon or drink anything told me to come back in ten days if nothing changes. Drink smoothies are kinding me a joke. I called to find out if x rays were done at the location and was told yes. After getting to the location and signing up the paper work and waited for two hours only to be told there were no x-ray techs present. I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED, having wasted all that time.They could have simply communicated that earlier.

I made an appt and was treated as a walk in waiting a hour before being called back. Visit with doctor assistant was short and she didn’t listen to all my concerns.

I will be more than happy to contact corporate about my terrible experience with the physician/ PA im not even sure what she is. Aside from that all the other staff was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. The woman that supposedly examined me should really find a new profession! Still feeling really sick by the way.

I am so upset, angry and in unbelief due to the way I was treated at this facility. The staff, nurses and doctors treated me like a was a drug addict and it left me feeling discriminated against because I am Latina for how they handled my medical emergency. They only seemed interesting in proving their misguided theory that I was under the influence, rather than treating the sick patient in front of them.
