About this business

HealthcareUrgent CareWalk-in Clinics

At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I waited 2 hours because your office has apparently some agreement to give drug tests to some company who have priority over other patients. This should have been posted or at least you should tell people when they come in. I was happy with the PA but not your pperation

I received medicine for the root problem that the doctor described was a severely neck muscle strain that was causing intense pain. But Dr. Williams did not give me anything for the pain even though I asked for something. The doctor stated she wanted to treat the cause of the pain instead. I have had sleepless nights and days thus far due to that decision. The initial effect of the medicine is to put me into a restless sleepy state for about 4 hours with pain to wake up to more pain. I understand her reasoning but in this ca... read more

I went in for one thing and was diagnosed with something I never said was bothering me. I was told I was contagious but only given a note to be out of work for one day. I wasn’t even given my diagnosis... I looked online on my medical records . My temperature on my forehead was high ... for whatever reason she took my temperature orally... my oral temperature was lower than 98.6 and she used the lower temperature for my medical record. I was given antibiotics for my”pneumonia like” symptoms but those symptoms were not even d... read more

I have visited your location 3 or 4 times in the past to do my pre-employment drug screens and have always been very satisfied with my experience. On this occasion, I waited for 3.5 hrs to be seen. 5 to 6 people who came in after I did were seen before me. There was only 1 other person in the waiting area, who arrived 15 minutes earlier when I was seen. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for this test and I was not allowed to leave the building. I was ready to provide a sample when I arrived. Things were going to be embarrassing if I... read more

front desk girl came off trashy (unprofessional & rude). PA was getting frustrated yet she was not being cut and dry. she also told me she would be right back after she did some research. instead of coming back or giving me a heads up that she was going to send the medical assistant in there to administer a test, she just sent him in there without any explanation. i made him get her for me- you cant just take blood from someone without explaining WHY first!! the lobby was full with so many people that people were standing/wa... read more
