At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I called the day prior to going into the office to verify what what’s needed for the app and Fast Track Urgent Care protocol. I was on hold approximately two hours, only to be hung up on. When I presented in the office the following day, I presented the following day for Lab testing, I waited for two hours. The rear office MA was rude. Your facility did not tested me for covid, I was covid positive, admitted to hospital 2 days discharged, admitted again a day later spent 8 more days in acute respiratory failure COVID-19.i feel I was misdiagnosed even tho my symptoms were valid. Never again will I use your facilities.
Made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour while walk in patients went ahead of me. I wasn't seen until had to go up to the desk to see how much longer wait would be. Only saw the doctor a total of 10 mins.
Even with an appointment patients can wait over an hour. AND I had an appointment on one day and was told to come in the next day to have a covid test. They said they would get me in and out quick....they did not. THEN, the PA said that there was no need to test me for covid and based on my symptoms they would advise me to continue to quarantine... Terrible! Staff is nice but not covid safe! Every Dr’s lappt I’ve been too since covid started was just like this, you call them when you arrive, they then text you to come in when they have a room available. Terrible PPE. This was a covid testing environment and PPE was lacking! Masks were the only requirement which is a joke! People were in the waiting hacking and coughing and I did not feel safe! Do not go there unless they change their PPE standards!
You was concerned but when I went to South hospital they didn't do anything to bring my BP down
After going to a different urgent care with no diagnosis, the doctor at this location was able to diagnose a rare infection, treat it, and provided me with an ENT follow up appointment. I won’t go to any other urgent care facility and have told my family and friends this needs to be their first choice for urgent care needs.
It took 2:30 minutes to treat me
Was exposed to a covid positive person. Was showing symptoms and the PA says.. "you're fine, you just have a cold" and I have an autoimmune. I asked to still be tested and she was VERY rude the entire appointment. Found out I was positive for covid. She offered no help whatsoever. I would never return here.
