At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I have been trying to get my short term disability paper work filled out for over a month. Every time I call, I get the run around. They charge me the 50 dollar fee to fill out the short term disability paper work but then a month later state that they can not fill it out.
Even with an appointment we had to wait 4 HOURS! The clerk behind the desk stated that they have been too busy to honor appointments. Being busy is precisely WHY we made an appointment. All we were there for was a sports physical. If my son didn't need it to return to practice, we would have left. On top of that, they took his height and weight with his shoes on. That made those numbers inaccurate. Poor service and now have no confidence in the the medical professionals there.
Reception staff is NEVER friendly, we have used this location several times with great experiences with the physicians/nurse practitioners but the support staff is frustrating. We have had to wait for the receptionist to complete their, very clearly personal phone calls- not business, several different occasions before they could/would do their job. We were told By the NP this last visit to call back should there be any concerns- I did call and left a message, never to hear back, I was absolutely not surprised.
Do not honor appointments. Waited over 1 hr to be seen. Will never return . Wasted too much time waiting .. Personnel in back not wearing face masks.
I got there at 12:00 noon. Left at 4:30. Too long wait.
Worst experience I ever . Made a “reservation” online because wanted my son tested for Covid and still waited 2 1/2 hours with 102 fever. I was told that making a reservation doesn’t mean anything. Girl at check in has no personality and is definitely in the wrong profession! Will never return.
1.5cm laceration on my thumb. Treated with flushing out, tetanus update, two antibiotic pills and glue. Billed my insurance company $2,800. My portion was $630. GET PRICING UP FRONT!
Went in with lower back pain on Memorial Day. My pain has only got worse. They did find I had a UTI and prescribed antibiotics, which is good. I explained I’ve had pain for almost 5-6 days. The doctor said she didn’t think the pain was associated with the UTI. I was told to take Motrin, which did nothing for the pain. They should have probably x-rayed my back/spine given my age and history of osteoporosis and taking Letrozol, which deplenishes bone structure. Wait time a bit long for “urgent” care. Everything done was very basic, was pretty quickly told to go to the hospital and then my issue ended up being something Urgent Care should have been able to see right away.
