At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I am a retired rn and my wife was very sick with fever thick yellow sputum and severe coughing. We don’t come in unless we feel it’s necessary. We tried to talk to the practitioner but got nowhere. She gave her a neb and cough medicine that’s it. We had to go to our other doctor and he saw how sick she was and she got antibiotics inhaler and prednisone. The room was freezing and there was terrible rock rap music. I know you’re in the business to make money but you didn’t do your job. Won’t be coming back.
Had exray and wasn't even shown
There is no way to make it right. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my time and insurance money. I ended up having to go to my family doctor to have my son treated. I have great insurance and I am covered at 100%. My son had an injury that I was concerned about. I decided to not go to the ER and wanted to just have an x-ray to ensure nothing further needed to be done. While it clearly seemed petty to the "DR" we saw, it was important to me. Doctor and staff were very friendly. I made an appointment on line and then still had to wait 1 and 1 half hours to be seen. I was asked to fill out forms with information that I had already filled out on line. If this information is not used then don't ask me to fill it out on line. People we taken in the order they entered with no appointments taken earlier. If this is your procedure then don't ask me to make an appointment on line.
Went in for pre-employment drug screening. Walked in and info was taken immediately. No issues. In and out within a few minutes.
Felt pressure to sign and agree to auto debts to my account. Not happy about that. Advised I was a veteran and sent by VA and should not be charged due to Mission law. Totally ignored
This was a terrible experience. When we arrived I asked how much the visit would be, and was told $131. When we left the clinic I paid the $131. A week later, we received a bill with extra charges stating “removal of impacted Cerumen” they didn’t remove anything!!!!! When I called to inquire, The very rude receptionist said that “they didn’t have to remove anything this was just the code they chose to use”. I only came in for a employer-paid urine drug screen. They had me complete 4 pages of paperwork for them (I don't even live in the state) and made me wait over 30 minutes to do the urine test.
Not really impressed.. Doctor didn’t really care, thank god it only cost nev15.00. I would of disputed it with my doctor.?
