At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Very long wait. Front desk, Back office unfriendly. Borderline rude. Seemed like EVERYONE was unhappy. Will not visit again. Thank you.
Your PA did absolutely nothing for me all he did was repeat back what I had already told him and told me to take the same thing I was already taken and charged me $235 for it
I needed a COVID-19 PCR test for travel, the test had to be administered Within 72 hrs Of travel. Our situation was explained prior to testing, Nurse Flack assured us we would get the results in time for travel. We did not.... as a result our flight was rescheduled for 6 Sep, as of now we still do not have any results, and now we have to cancel our trip. I wished you had been honest with us about your timelines. We would have had the time to get tested elsewhere and have the chance to keep our travel plans.
Horrible wait time
Went in with dizziness, headaches and erratic blood pressure that continued to elevate. After a 3+ hour long wait, clinic attributed dizziness to an ear issue and did help that aspect, but did not want to address the blood pressure problem any further than “keep a log book and follow up with a primary for eventual BP medication” (after we already offered to show a series of blood pressure cuff readings taken over the past several days). People were friendly but they werent aware that taking Biotin affects blood work and didnt solve problem. Doctor didnt think switch of generics by pharmacy would cause short of breath and numbness in hands. I was able to get pharmacy to switch back and was able to correct breath and some numbness.
It took an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. The appointment was only for a drug screen. This has been the standard and they over charge my account due to having debit card on file for several visits not made.
Granted, I know it would be a busy time, but I think the wait time was too long, over an hour, for a swab test, for the corona virus.
Took too many times to try to schedule appointment , I called was explained booked for thee days out , was tested for covid 7/25 and still no results . Was told by receptionist I would get email for portal , have not received, called and was told to go to fasttrack , but there is no portal to sign in too frustrated, I was called by Quest specimen received only with my name and DOB but no info who was sending sample no wonder I have not had results . No happy at all
