Took too many times to try to schedule appointment , I called was explained booked for thee days out , was tested for covid 7/25 and still no results . Was told by receptionist I would get email for portal , have not received, called and was told to go to fasttrack , but there is no portal to sign in too frustrated, I was called by Quest specimen received only with my name and DOB but no info who was sending sample no wonder I have not had results . No happy at all

After writing on the intact paperwork and informing the healthcare worker of a medication allergy I have, I was prescribed medication in the same family. I had an allergic reaction to the medication, still had the symptoms, and had to be seen by someone else. Horrible mistake the practitioner made. This confirms the reason why urgent care centers have a less than favorable reputation.

Came in with chest pains and dizziness and had to wait almost 4 hours to be seen. It turned out to not be an emergency. But I thought chest pains was a urgent situation but obviously not at your facility. I will not use your facility again.

Came in with chest pains and had to wait 4 hours. Not a very good representation of your treatment of patients with what could have been an bad situation for me.

I was in on 7/5/20 for what was described by both your tech and the doctor as a "very angry looking" infection on the top of my right hand which was a result of being pricked by fish fins when fishing on 7/4/20. I was prescribed Doxycycline Monohydrate 100mg. Told to take for 10 days-if no improvement was seen in 48 hours, go to an emergency rm.
