All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Very slow and not even busy. Over an hour wait just for a 10 minute test.
Your Dr is very unprofessional and disrespectful. If she is to stressed to deal with people she should find a new profession. I needed my son to be tested prior to family coming in town and she refused to do a rapid test which was needed and pushed a pcr test which not only would cost more but would not meet our needs. When this was brought up I was told people like me were the reason this is spreading. I let without having my son tested and better not be charged for this visit. Was a waste time. I wanted to have the COVID 19 test my insurance pay even if I don’t have symptoms. And should be free.
Unprofessional the test was in accurate was retested immediately and had full blood work drawn with negative results across-the-board I’ve had the test several times and I knew it wasn’t done correctly.
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the people are very nice. I’m not giving 5 stars because for one there is people with COVID lounging around the waiting area and nobody is informing people there for other reasons of this risk. Not sure why they’re allowing people in and around other people to get tested or treatment for COVID. This is a high risk facility. I would not recommend going there unless you already have COVID. I’m still on hold... 47 minutes and counting!!! I’ll never return.
To start I'd like to say the staff are friendly and efficient I was in for a fever and cough and sore throat. Diagnosis was inconclusive but took a covid test to be safe. I have now waited for over an hour on the phone with customer service. This is easily the longest I've waited without at least someone picking up the phone in any industry.
