Needed a “negative” rapid test to go back to work, since I was sick over the weekend. Woman tried to guilt me into not taking the COVID rapid test because “it’s not as accurate.” She kept insisting that I could actually have COVID and might leave the office with a false positive and start infecting people. Little did she know I was already diagnosed with bronchitis and just needed a negative test to return to work. If you don’t want to give the rapid test, then don’t offer it.

They refused to test me for COVID-19 even though I had symptoms. Had to go somewhere else to get tested. I tested positive. Scheduled an appointment for our child to be tested and they refused to test them too. NP said they would just “assume” he was positive since Dad tested positive. Went somewhere else to our child tested. Don’t waste your time going here. Places like this are one of the reasons this virus is spreading like it is. Extremely unhappy with the office visit. I have been experiencing Covid symptoms for the past 4 to 5 days. Did some research as my husband and I we’re leaving for a trip in a few days. Found that TGH in Riverview offered the fast test and I called to confirm. The girl I spoke with on the phone also confirmed that my fastrack appointment had gone thru and I was all set for 3:30 PM on 1/15/2021. I brought my child in for a sports physical. I called ahead and they said it was $25 dollar. I paid for the physical at the appointment. Months later they are sending me an additional bill for additional funds. They never said at the appointment the price was going to be more. They collected the $25 at the appt and now my information was sent to a collection agency for additional funds that I was never told about. I will not be doing business there again

Went inside and told by young lady to wash my hands, empty my pockets and lift up my pants legs. My wallet and valuables were left on top of a small refrigerator. When I was told to go to another room, I questioned the safety of my valuables. She said she was only one that goes in there. When I returned there 2 other staff members in the room.

I normally really like this urgent care but the device this time was not good. I did go in close to closing. The wait time was very good but it definitely seemed like everyone was ready to leave. It felt that the provider disregarded what I was saying and was just trying to get me to leave. Really is making me think twice about going again.

I had an appointment scheduled for 5:45 pm. I wasn’t seen until 6:50 pm. I also found the Medical Practitioner (Scruggs) to be cold and very curt.
