Waited nearly two hours to be seen and had to strongly advocate to receive reasonable treatment. I wouldn’t come back to this location again.
Scheduled my covid rapid test at the Brandon location. Showed up for my appointment and both front desk people called out. I filled out the packet of paperwork. The staff in the back was doing their best in the situation. So an hour after my appointment time, I get called to the back. She does all the vitals and stuff. Goes to get the rapid test and comes back to inform me someone forgot to order them so they do not have any. One would think that something like a rapid test would be stocked all the time. Rude and dismissive and I was practically ignored and rushed didn't really do an exam she acted like she didn't believe me like I was stupid or something I would not recommend

I waited 5 days to get a phone call telling me I was Covid negative. at the appointment, I asked the provider "what else could my symptoms indicate". Her response, "I have no idea." I will never go to this facility again. It was a waste of time. The labcorp website told me in 2 days that I was negative.
Prescription was never sent out, then office was closed I had to wait until next day to contact someone. Got worse and end up in the emergency room. Very disappointed
Staff didn’t know what they were doing front and back staff including the doctor not even knowing what was wrong with me. Kind of upsetting I was in the room already when one of the front staff was calling my mother to come to the front to be checked in for paperwork it’s just very Uncommunicated and very unorganized with staff
The wait was long and there was no communication as to why you had to wait for hours, until doctor comes in the room and says there’s a lot of sick people out there.
