At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Was not happy with care given. Despite being told I had infection the provider would not prescribe an antibiotic. Now I have to take more time off work and pay more money for another appointment to finally get an antibiotic which I should have received at this appointment. I got there at 9 30am with only 2 other people in the lobby. After an hour u was in such excruciating pain I asked how much longer? Their responce was...you can go somewhere else..I went to the restroom then the nurse came in rude as hell saying..I'm not the one! She examined me verbally threatening me like I was 5yrs old. Not only would I never recommend you I'm calling my insurance co.pant with my opinions. Rude is an understatement!
I would never go to this place every again! I went to TGH urgent care expecting the same evidence based, high quality care I get from tgh or tgmg. I was wrong! The Pa Alicia Adams should have the care she gave to my daughter reviewed by the medical director. My daughter was prescribed a medication that was not only inappropriate, not made for her age but was an invasive vaginal medication for a 5 year old!! The worst service I received in my life its was rush and the worst part they never send my RX to the pharmacy.
The provider was rude and talked to me like I am stupid. I know the difference between a kidney stone pain and back pain and a UTI. she insisted I have an UTI or kidney stone. I had neither, per labs. Ended up in the ER the same day to get help.
The requested laboratory test was conducted in wrong tube. After waiting for five days for the result, no result is available rendering the urgent visit useless.
Attending Physician as well as nursing staff were insensitive to me as a patient . I felt like I was going through a drive through instead of an urgent care.
I didn’t get to see a doctor. I saw a PA that didn’t prescribe the correct ear drops and instead prescribed eye drops for an antibiotic. I understand that they can be used in the ear but I needed something for pain and swelling. They have ear drops with a steroid and pain medication that should have been prescribed. I’m tired of seeing people that don’t know what they are doing instead of seeing a doctor.
Waited nearly two hours to be seen and had to strongly advocate to receive reasonable treatment. I wouldn’t come back to this location again.
