All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

4hr wait and they force me to provide a debit card to keep on file in order for me to use my private insurance . I’m pretty sure that is ilegal. I will be contacting United healthcare to notify them. TGH will not accept private insurance unless you provide a debit or credit card to keep on file.
Latoya didn’t address all of my concerns on the day of my visit.
I waited almost 1.5 hours just for a tb test. Once I got back there they did the tb test and the one administering didn't know the return instructions. Aftwr questioning her she clarified it with someone else. I would not go there again.
The sample taken from me was apparently not stored at the correct temperature and I have to do the process all over again. Wait time was long for once, but doing it again is a lot.
I wish that I could leave zero stars but unfortunately that wasn’t an option. I had a very terrible experience at this TGH urgent location. I arrived at 2:30 and left after 5:00. I only came for a DOT physical. The nurse that had performed my physical was very rude, unprofessional, snarky and she seemed as if she was above you. I was diagnosed as having a UTI! Wrong! I’m lying in the hospital after having surgery to remove my gallbladder!
I went for job test for employment and waiting almost two hours before being seen.
3 hours to wait. You need more doctors there. The order me some medicine and I don't know what cvs they sent to. Waited
Wait time for a simple pre-employment drug test was ridiculous. People that came in after me were seen before I was ever called back. They kept my drivers license until the test was complete (not comfortable with this at all due to obvious security concerns and identify theft like it is). Facility was clean and desk staff was pleasant. Technician had zero personality and acted like I was trying to circumvent the drug test.
