At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Receptionist did not want to take my secondary insurance because it was not on her list. Said urgent care was different than regular TGMG. I explained other TGH urgent centers have applied my secondary insurance as they pay out of network. She finally agreed. Maybe she was new but secondary insurance is always taken
The nurse practitioner that I saw told me that my EKG indicated that I had a heart attack. I ended up going to the emergency room and had a complete cardiac work up over 4 days in the hospital. The echocardiogram, nuclear stress test and a cardiac cath I was told that I had not had a heart attack and all my tests were satisfactory.
Made an appointment for 11:30am and was not seen until 1:30pm
I believe waiting two hours in an urgent care for less than 10 minutes with medical staff is ridiculous. Better staffing (if that is indeed an issue) is required.
Some of your staff is a hot mess express. Their bed side manners can be greatly improved upon. The X Ray was down in the middle of my appointment, which I understand things happen, but once I called the next location with an available x ray machine the rep who answered was rushed and was rude and mentioned it would be a wait. I didn't need to be seen again just get an x ray done. The provider did call to Apologie which I appreciate but decided to go the next day. $200 out of pocket (no ins.) and all she did was take my vitals & send me home with cough med. Didnt check me for covid, flu, nothing. I did have covid. Should get my money back smh..
3 hours +before seeing a provider
Sandra wondered what I was doing there as I should have gone to an orthopedist! She showed no empathy that I was in pain just made me feel I was a complete waste of her time! I am a patient of Dr Daniel Jasko also a TGH physician and in over 15 years I have never had an experience like that! The office staff there were great. Lois Harrington
