Wait time for a simple pre-employment drug test was ridiculous. People that came in after me were seen before I was ever called back. They kept my drivers license until the test was complete (not comfortable with this at all due to obvious security concerns and identify theft like it is). Facility was clean and desk staff was pleasant. Technician had zero personality and acted like I was trying to circumvent the drug test. They took 2 hrs to call me to take small sample from me.My Appointment time was 8:45 AM and they called me around 11AM to inside to take a sample.
On hold for 30 minutes, just want to if my license is there.
I went there to do a drug screen for my new job, it took over three just to go to the back. They also skipped my name and let someone else go before
The service provided on the day of wasn’t bad, they were attentive and friendly. My right knee was giving me some issues for a while, I had some sharp pains so decided to get it checked out. They took X-rays and it’s been a week today, still haven’t heard back from them. The nurse said she would call us back the same day, nothing, we called back the next day and after being on hold for 40+ mins, they told us, the Radiologist still had not reviewed it, so they will call us back later that day. Everyone was helpful and cordial. The clinic was clean and santitized.
I was told that I have high blood pressure, and nothing about how to lower it.
I made an appointment for 2:00 PM and I wasn’t seen by a practitioner until after 4:00 PM. Why bother with an appointment ?
Had appointment for 12:30 and didn't get seen until 1:30pm
