There are 2 parts to this. 1st: PA Brianna Gruber was great. Very personable, knew her job and communicated my problem to me excellently. The radiologist was also great. the person behind the counter when I arrived and left was also very personable. 2. Now I was told I would be contacted for a referral to an Orthopedic Doctor - this has not happened. My Urgent Care visit was August 1 and it is now August 8 and no contact. Was sent to ER by your PA who said I needed to be admitted for iv antibiotics for suspected pyelonephritis. Went to the ER, and 5 hours later was given a prescription for oral antibiotics. Frustrating.

I came for pain in my right hip and leg. I left with pain. I have no medicine for the pain. The Publix called for the Dr. To lower the dose of the patch for pain and I never got it. So it was a blank waisted trip ....not satisfied this trip..

When I arrived the facility door was closed and the open sign was off. No one was there until I called someone came and open the door.

Normally I dont have any issues. Staff was nice and wait wasnt very long. With that being said, on this past visit my script(antibiotic ointment for infection) was sent to the wrong pharmacy location. By the time I got to the correct pharmacy, they were closed. Called Fast Trak back around 7:45pm and spoke with someone who was actually at the location I was seen at so she remembered me. I told her the issue, she said that she would get the provider to send the script to a 24hr pharmacy down the street. I brought up the... read more

I had an appointment and when I arrived there was one family checking in and one already waiting four families came in after me. They took everyone before me. Then you don’t see a doctor what you get is a PA. They charge you $250 for this. It’s cheaper to o to the ER. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this there but it will be the last.

I wasn’t feeling well, was already in the office, yet I was told to complete pre/visit information electronically. I believe that was inhumane. There should be other options for someone who is already in your facility waiting. I finally got into the room and it took a while to be seen. I would not recommend anyone to your facility.

Long wait, 1 hour and 30 mins, we got into the waiting room and we were going to wait another 30 mins, the practitioner nurse was really nice and said I will check your child now. My son was not feeling well, had chills, fever and waiting so long to be seeing, I asked the lady in front desk how long will it take already there for a while, in not a nice tone she said don't know, it is going to be a while , I can't tell you how many In front of you, meanwhile my kid was shaking in the lobby. We got there 9:30, we left 11 am.

The doctor and the X-ray doctor couldn’t decide on jayden findings. The doctor said he have a fracture and the X-ray technician said he didn’t so I don’t understand the child is in pain. I paid for the X-ray and doctor. I have to go somewhere else to find out about Jayden foot. I would like them to review it again so Jayden foot can heal properly.
