All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Too busy was bleeding waited an hour before see. Doesn’t appear clean
It was the worst experience i could have possibly had. I made an appointment for 1:15. I was there ahead of time. I did the paperwork prior the my time. I went in, checked-in and was not told that there would be an over 2 1/2 hour wait. Long waiting time to be seen - TGH Not-Urgent Care? Try to improve on the wait time
I visited the walking clinic on 301 Riverview FL, Yesterday, about 9:00 Am. Walgreens is unable to fill the prescription because it is missing information. Walgreens claims they have called and left messages. Over 24 hours and still waiting for my pain medicine. No one from this TGH Urgent Care has contact Walgreens.
arrived early was waiting to open several others came after me but were seen before me, not serious peoblems spoke with them while i was waiting so knew why they were there. got e-mail and text that my card was being billed 225$. my health ins has a 40# co-pay for emergency service evidently they didnt care about my ins. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN
Asked to select a time slot online, And had to wait 3 hours to see a doctor. Also staff was a little rude when I asked about the wait.
Estuve esperando como 2 horas con un dolor terible y cuando me pasan sin nisiquiera tocarme me dicen que no pueden hacer nada porque no tienen rayos X funcionando. Creo que cuando llegamos y le dijimos en el frente que tenia un fuerte dolor en el abdomen. hubisen consultado y si requeria un X ray y no lo teneian me hubiesen dicho. no te podemos atender por esa razon y yo entiendo. pero dejarme alli con el dolor y luego de dos hras decir que no pueden hacer nada. There are 2 parts to this. 1st: PA Brianna Gruber was great. Very personable, knew her job and communicated my problem to me excellently. The radiologist was also great. the person behind the counter when I arrived and left was also very personable. 2. Now I was told I would be contacted for a referral to an Orthopedic Doctor - this has not happened. My Urgent Care visit was August 1 and it is now August 8 and no contact.
