All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. At 3:30 PM there was a flashing red message on your website that said you will be closing in 30 minutes so I could not book an online appointment I drove directly there it did take 3 hours. There was a woman there with a two-year-old very sick and she did have a 3:30 appointment and it took almost till 6 o'clock for her to be seen make sure your receptionist know about triage children always go 1st and immediately
The room I was placed in was disgusting was not cleaned prior to placing me in room. Floor was trashed along with some kind of fluid on the floor and chairs not sure if body fluids. Second room I went to had to also be wiped down . Cleaning practices suck.
