I had every symptom that made standing up at the front trying to first, connect to wifi, and then get into or set up an account, an absolutely miserable experience. Just horrible.

Visit was satisfactory. During my workman's comp visit saw a NP and the Physicians report wasn't filled out. Went back the next day I formed them that the form was missed and was time sensitive due to my employer being a federal agency. The NP I saw was off and tgey scanned in the form and sent to someone said they'd call when done. 24 hours later I return form was not back. I would give them no stars if I could! First off, good luck calling the office! The number just takes you to a corporate office where nobody seems to know anything about you! Second the service level from the chat is a laugh! I was over 2 hours begging to have a doctor to kindly send me a prescription for a cough that they had already treated me for! Waited nearly two hours to get in. Nurse practitioner was rushed. Didn’t get much time. Not really confident in the diagnosis. “It’s in your chest, not your lungs.”

2 hour wait, nurse did not understand what causes infections and did not understand what pain medication was used for. Pretreatment is a necessary requirement in my case, they don’t understand why pretreatment is necessary.

I was seen promptly. Quickly examined and give X-rays. (I was in for suspected broken ribs) the films were first examined on-site and it was determined I didn’t have any fractures. Several hours later I was updated that I did have one broken rib after the film was viewed by an off site radiologist. At this point I requested a copy of my X-ray and this was provided on a CD. So very slow, took over 2 1/2 hours to even get back to a room to be seen for sport’s physical. Staff was sloppy and not put together. Dr that came in didn’t listen.. we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Service was terrible.. front desk wasn’t bad.will never go here again.
