All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
CovidTest took 5 days to come back. It was only supposed to take two days. Doc never told me what do to. Never had to deal with covid before. I have been lucky up to now
I went in for what I suspected as a severe ear infection. Seen the PA Stephanie, she said she seen white stuff in my ear. Asked if I stuck anything in there, nope only some rubbing alcohol via a eye dropper to try to dry out the water. She said it was a middle ear fungal infection. Put me on two antibiotics and a pain drug. Got me in to see an ENT. On Tuesday. 2 days later. Still having severe ear pain. El personal de la recepcion eran toscos, y exigentes con sus politicas de cobrar 250 dolares en caso de que el seguro no cubriera la cuenta. Cero empaticos y cero amables. Tiempo de espera 3 horas. Michel la enfermera me mando para otro sitio pues no me podian solucionar mi dolor de pierna. Mala atencion, mal servicio y personal descortes.
The front desk staff was rude. The lady who conducted the swap, caused my nose to bleed. A lady came to exam me, didn't introduce herself properly as PA, Nurse etc. Also, she ultimately refused to discuss with me about the diagnose The worse part was when I was about to check out at the front desk, they rudely told me, “step back, you are symptomatic, “ in front of everyone.
Sat on hold for over an hour three times just to be hung up on each time! Ridiculous!
I went because I was Covid positive but with severe throat pain. I told the practitioner something isn’t normal. The pain is unbearable. She did not thoroughly check my mouth nor test me for strep. Just gave me numbing cream which I told her would not work cuz of the abnormality of the pain. Well I went to another urgent care the next day, turns out I had a huge throat infection.
