At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Great experience!
The P.A. who treated me prescribed a medication that I later found out had a known and severe interaction with a medication I normally take and had disclosed to him. After having a severe reaction in the middle of the night, I had to be rushed to the ER.
The doctor didn’t examine me fully. Care given was poor. No one assisted me with the wheelchair
Three hour wait. ARNP wrote incorrect Rx which was discovered when I went to pick it up. Called the following day requesting correction and was told ARNP would call me back...that was four days ago. No call received.
The wait was horrendous. Very disappointed.
The location is very clean. The staff is friendly. However, my diagnosis was inconclusive. I was given a prescription without knowing if it was needed. It was a waste of money and time.
I am age 81. I went to the Riverview TGH urgent care for Covid follow-up. I wanted to know if my persistent cough was due to the Covid or whether I had developed a secondary lung infection. Got seen, sent to Tampa General ED via ambulance. When we entered, a nurse said that they weren't seeing any more patients. I freaked out and got very anxious and upset as what I was not sure what I was going to do, especially not being to see due to my eye injury. After I got upset, the desk nurse admitted that the nurse was just joking. Said something about not accepting any wooden nickels, joke. Not funny, caused my anxiety to explode, especially with me driving my car there blinded by my injury.
Wasn't supported or heard by the attending. Was given topical cream when I really needed antibiotics.
