Bad customer service. The waiting time doesn’t make sense for a clinic that doesn’t even have much patients.

I have visited other walking clinics and never experienced such an awful service in general. We waited 3hrs and there were less than 4 people waiting . Definitely I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

We came in with a hook in my son's finger and no one really seemed concerned. I had to say my son was in a lot of pain before he was brought in back and then it was very slow to get help. Everyone was nice but did not seem qualified to handle the situation. The PA could not get the hook out and didn't quite know how to proceed so we ended up in the ER which removed it quite easily. Everyone was nice but it was more painful than it had to be

The nurse practitioner I saw was excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the lady working the front desk. Not only was she not welcoming or inviting, she seemed to not want to be bothered by the patients and their problems. She spent her time looking at her cell phone, barely acknowledging the patience or their medical issues. This woman said maybe 5 words to me throughout my entire visit. Made an appointment for 1: 15. There was one person ahead of me. Wasn't put in a room until after 2:00. Receptionist was snotty and more interested in socializing with workmates. PA was excellent- kind and caring. Used this facility many times with no problems. Not sure what has changed. When i was put into a room, i noticed none of the other doors closed. Do you only take one at a time?

To have an urgent care center without the ability take an X-ray seems, at the least, inappropriate. Especially when TGH scheduling referred me there because they could take an X-ray on site.

Reserved my spot at 3:30. I needed a pre- employment drug test. There was one patient in front of me. I didn’t get seen until 4:15. It was slow for a simple drug test. Once I was seen, the staff was awesome. Rating low for the slow wait when I was reserved and it was a quick test that didn’t involve the doctors.

I could not urinate for 2 days and didn’t have symptoms of UTI but PA suggested it and gave medication for it though I couldn’t give urine sample. I was told to wait until the next day but went to ER Bc the pressure was unbearable. It wasn’t a UTI but something much different. I just believe that if an ultrasound was done then they would realize there was so much Urine I needed a catheter and that my bladder could have potentially burst.

Not sure diagnosis was correct. Also, no doctor on premises, only a P.A. No nurse, either.
