Long story short...arrived at 4:15 pm on a Monday afternoom...left (without seeing the doctor) at 7:50 pm...many folks left after waiting at least 2 hours..we held on until my wife who's a diabetic needed to eat something, so we left...1 nurse/1 doctor..the most patients that were there the whole time was 6...thinned out pretty quick..awful service...never again..Left 1 star only because the place was clean....Coffee machine didn't work....

I had the flu, was diagnosed quickly, prescribed meds. Two days later feeling much better.

I arrived a fee minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Check in was a breeze, however I had to wait a while before I was seen by the attending physician.

I had a horrible experience... Never coming back and NEVER recommending it to anyone. No one in there seemed to know what customer service is, very sad.

Waited 3 hours to see the PA. At 11am they were just taking their 9:45 appointment. I’ve typically had fantastic experiences at this facility, but waiting 3 hours is unreal and extremely disappointing when you’re sick and don’t feel well.

I went in because I couldn’t hear out of my right ear. The PA saw me and said my ear canal was swollen, ordered an antibiotic. I asked if she thought it was wax build up because I had it before. She said no it was just swollen. I went to my MD and my ear was impacted with wax. Also I used the restroom and there were ants all over and the bathroom was so dirty. I will never return to the clinic.

The nurses and healthcare practitioners that I met at the clinic were wonderful incredibly helpful and answered every question I had but, the prescription that they made out for me took over 24 hours to get to the pharmacy, and then was sent to the wrong Pharmacy. It took us quite a while to find it. I was not happy at all. As I was quite sick.

took my wife and because she had an upper respiratory infection and decided to be seeing myself because I felt my sinuses were starting to turn into an infection I told the doctor and I have acute sinusitis and probably for the last 20 or so years is a z-pack is used to remedy that for me I was given an antibiotic that makes me sick in the sun I called back and complained and they gave me another antibiotic and does the same thing if not worse and when I asked him about the z-pack they told me that the z-pack is not given fo... read more

Oh man. Where should i start? Lets say very long wait time for an urgent care and additionally bad service. I will not go back there.
