Too long to wait first there Less taken
Short wait time, very friendly staff. That’s what make going there pleasant, it takes your mind off how bad you might be feeling.
Was there over 2 hours. We waited to be seen for an hour and a half, in the waiting room where my daughter was crying in pain. We were told by the NP she likely had a fractured finger into her hand, and a radiologist would call shortly with the results and we would be given a referral to Ortho. We were given some crazy finger splint 3 times to big and wrapped crazy. As soon as we left I had to take her to Walgreens and get my own splint and wraps. The office staff and nurse were great. The doctor clearly didn’t want to work and made little effort to do anything. He referred me to another doctor without doing a thing. Well, he did one thing — got paid by my insurance. I will NEVER go back here.
Regrettably, it appears to have been a misdiagnosis on 31 Jan 18 as I was in such pain I had to return to my primary care physician at my home (out of state of FLA.) and a ruptured ear drum was discovered. This clinic appear to have not actually seen the ear drum as my physician found the ear canal obstructed by wax, and q-tip cotton and the ointment this clinic issued.
We took our son in due to belly button pains and him being unable to walk or bend over. The nurse practitioner who saw him just pushed on his stomach and barely took the time to look at his belly button. She said it was nothing to be worried about probably just a little muscle strain. Today we ended up in the ER because he was BLEEDING and had a lump over the belly button!! So no we are not happy and in fact furious! I was told I did not have strep and treated for the flu without getting a flu test. Went to my primary doctor the next day and was tested from the flu and strep. I had strep and not the flu. Nothing they did helped. Waste of money.
Went because I was experiencing some cold/flulike symptoms. Told the doctor I had Crohn's Disease. He was very dismissive of everything I had to say. He gave me a prescriptio. For some cough syrup. When I got home and looked at the ingredients I found I cannot have this medicine because one of the ingredients reacts with my Crohn's. I called back and they said the doctor would get back to me about a substitute prescription. I have called back every day since and haven't gotten it fixed or heard from anyone. From start to finish the experience was horrible just sad because we have been there previously over the years and had great service it all started information that was on my son's account and no one could explain to me as to how it got in there. In addition to that requiring to keep someone's financial information credit card or otherwise on file in this day and age and not being able to guarantee security is unacceptable. Add to that not a doctor on staff but instead Physician's assistants
