I called before going and was assured there was an X-ray tech available to take an X-ray! Get there and pay my copayment see the dr. Was told I needed an X-ray of my chest and guess what, there is NO X-RAY TECH! But I can drive to Riverview to get one! Omg! I was so upset and opted to come back the next day and have it taken! I just called and guess what! No X-ray tech? What kind of after hours facility offers X-ray services but doesn’t have a tech????? Refund my copay ASAP!!!! I had no service done !!! Do not go there!! Did not have to wait for very long which is always a plus. The nurse was not the most personable person but maybe that's her personality. I have retired from the medical field and I was always nice and tried to make people comfortable. This nurse acted so distant, the doctor and receptionist were good
The wait was over an hour. No one wants to sit somewhere for an hour when they don’t feel well. The PA literally saw me for 2 minutes, although she was sweet.
The people there are kind but even with them having my medical history they disnt test for things they should have.
I went in for an earache. Sadly, my ear still hurts.
What is the point of making a reservation if you’re office is still going to keep us waiting. I reserved a spot for noon, my daughter waited an hour just to have two staples removed. I understand there were other patients but it still should of not taken an hour for my daughter to be seen. Very disappointed with the wait time.
I am too sick too respond further.
Took a week too send my lab results and it's still not sent.
The nurses splinted the wrong arm for my toddler. They never followed up with an appointment for a specialist for a cat for her broken arm, like they said they would. Called THREE days after, claiming it wasn’t broken, although we took her to an orthopedic specialist, who confirmed a break.
