Very poorly organized and that they sent us to Wesley Chapel and we live in Brandon.On sight staff was poorly organized. We drove through this site three different times before someone came out to offer their assistance. The staff seem to be very ill prepaired and very ill-mannered. They have four staff members on site to take a covid-19. And yet had four vehicles backed up after we arrived.

Made to feel I was an inconvenience. Literally paid $70 to be told to go home & suck on a sour patch candy because you suspected a blocked salivary gland. Talked to me for 3 minutes....no exam...no temp taken. Good thing I was able to speak to my regular physician the next day.

My appointment was at 9.15, I got there few minutes early and there was nobody at the tent. I went to the front receptionist and she said they are in the trailer and walked over to the trailer. There was very loud music coming out of the trailer and the receptionist has to bang on the trailer door few times for them to open it. I guess they were partying in the Locke trailer instead of caring for parents for which they were paid for. Any way my test was done by a guy in shorts with a disposable gown smaller for his size. For a 5 pm appointment, which actually got me into a waiting room at 5:45 pm shows poor s scheduling. 15 minutes result took more than an hour. The people were great.

Very disappointing Really don’t understand why you have a Patientgo online to make a reservation and register and wait for hour and a half to two hours before I can even going to see anybody to have a simple test sample given which takes a total of like three minutes

Everything was great until I found out they labeled my urine for my drug test wrong, now I have to go back in and redo it. Now my start dare for my new job will have to be pushed back. I was in and out the first time, hopefully I'll be in and out when I got to redo the test.

Came in and diagnosed with a uti Saturday night 7/4. Told PA which cvs to send prescription to. Pa sent prescription to a cvs that was closed 7/4, 12 hour delay in getting antibiotics. I was scheduled to work at Tgh the next day but called out because discomfort was worse the next day due to this delay. Called the next day to find out where my antibiotics were sent and was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Left message for someone to call me back, no one ever did. I was seen by their provider sent home with out any antibiotic because they wanted to wait on Covid test to come back waited to full days before results tried calling no one answer led their phones had to go there made two trips and then told still waiting on test to see which antibiotics to give me mean while I’m still sick and missing work I had to go see my primary and get a script of antibiotics for my sinus infection. I can't get an appointment online and no one will answer the phone. I have tried calling several times and waited on hold for 45 minutes.
