I am disgusted with the way TGH has handled this pandemic with their allotted 25 tests per day... They should be ashamed of themselves and should have either provided an option to actually book an appointment rather than make people wait as early as 4am to hopefully "make the cut." I went there with my 3 children a few days ago at 7am, waiting in a line wrapped around the back of the building, to be cut off about 10 people too late. Have yet to hear results of Covid test done on June 17, 2020.... Is it lost or you just don’t give a damn!!! This is unacceptable 😡😡😡

I had an epassport for a drug screening and there was no wait at check-in when I arrived at 3pm, however I was not made aware how long the wait would be or that once I checked in I could not leave and be notified by phone that I was ready to be seen. After an hour I asked how much longer and was told that drug screens were done when a nurse was available, not on fcfs basis. After 2 1/2 more hours I said I would come back in the morning but was advised that a new epassport would have to be submitted. So I waited until 7:15pm!... read more

I had booked my appointment for swab test at 11:30am but I wasn’t called until almost 2pm. Although the Receptionist was so nice to tell me that they haven’t forgotten about me but I guess waiting for almost 3 hours without lunch was quite long. The doctor who took care of me was really nice but the medical assistant was kind of in a hurry. Over all I would still go back but for emergency cases only.

I waited over an hour for my appointment. Others too. That is not good customer service. Apparently, you need more staff.

Timing and communication is really poor at this location with staff. Wait times are over 3 hours and staff is Unsympathetic. They care less about your time or to be professional about patience with medical concerns. They act like they are there just to make a paycheck

The person who checked me in should be aware of how they treat people. My Mom and I were told to use the hand sanitizer before being permitted to step forward. Then as my Mom was checking me in the woman made her step back from her while she was trying to hand her the required information. You shouldn’t treat people like they are dirty and contagious. You are in healthcare. You need to practice proper technique to reduce the risk of infection NOT sanitize and treat people like they are filthy vectors! She was rude and ignora... read more

Too long of a wait. I called ahead to supposedly get me in line and it still took 3.5 hours to see the Dr. I will not be using your facilities again.
