Gave me a diagnosis quickly and called to follow up if the medicine was working.
I came in knowing I had a UTI and was sitting there in pain for over two hours... when all I needed was an antibiotic.
Dull bland patient rooms. Although I had an appointment after being triaged I place in a patient room for at least 30 minutes before the provider entered the room to provide care.
They did not rush through coming up with a diagnosis. They gathered the symptoms I was experiencing and then recommended an X ray to severity. An array of medications were required, which they called into my pharmacy. The wait time was surprisingly short.
They call me real fast and the Doctor give me a good explanation about my illness.

Nurse practitioner was excellent with Incredible knowledge. I wish you would go back to using nurses instead of medical assistants. I was given an injection and the person that gave it to me could barely say the name and couldn't tell me anything about what type of drug it was I had to take the shot and then find out from the doctor. If a nurse had been in that position he or she would have known what the drug was and could have informed me. Also it would have been given properly
The first nurse that checked my blood pressure was not very friendly, felt unwelcome. But I love the place, front desk lady and the doctor was very friendly.
The floor in room that the patient is seen in was dirty....both times that I was there. I don't think I will be using this facility again. My PA was very caring and professional.
