I felt like S___ when I arrived however I was seen within a few minutes tests were done and was told tests were negative. I was given instructions for care and I wasn't sure if I was properly diagnosed? Usually you go get mess and get better. This was a different experience. I left feeling like s___. The rest of the story is the advise was spot on the next day the fever left and the chills subsided and now I'm A-systematic, Fast Tract, I'll be back!
I was misdiagnosed for flu. I had to go back to the clinic and speak to the ARNP. He retreated atno charge. Worst experience ever. Not only will I not go to this clinic again, I will share my experience with others in the community via social media. Please have somebody reach out to me to discuss this matter or I will be forced to share this over social media.
Service sucks
Took quite a bit to get seen and when I filled out the form for the pharmacy of preference they sent the prescription to a totally different pharmacy that didn't even have the full prescription. So I had to travel to two other pharmacies to get one prescription filled.

It was a good experience I was in and out
I gave the 2 stars only because the young kady Ciera who took my vitals was so nice and professional. The ARNP would receive a negative if possible. I went to the clinic a few minutes prior to closing driving straight from the cancer Hospital (doesnt have an ER) I work at because I was having a reaction to 1 of the medications that I gave through aerosol to a patient. 1st the reaction was extreme sore throat, but was now progessing. Dangerous practice! The physician assistant that treated me for the flu prescribed a medication that could have caused catastrophic results when given to a patient with my health history. Careless and a huge mistake made by your facility!
Only sent me to the Er. Was told that you don't do Mri or cat scan on weekends.could have just gone straight to the Er and saved a lot of time. Came to fast track to save time. Other than that everyone was very kind and helpful. The staff was great...just that one thing
