Number one they weren't taking any temperatures with covid. I very uncomfortable with a room full of sick people waiting to take a pre-employment training. Should have had everybody waiting in their cars.... distancing. Employee was new and admitted he didn't know what he was doing. He poured the urine sample down the sink which was gross. The room was filthy unacceptable.

The staff was friendly. As a cancer patient I would not have gone there if I had realize it was a main Covid testing site. Came in for urine infection. 2nd. My Care provider. He did not wash hands before he started exam me. Nor did he put on gloves. My fault i did not speak up and ask him to do so. Will never go back. Their online test result portal is not organized or user friendly.

3 hr wait with appointment. Staff polite but management left them understaffed. Your upper management sucks

PA was hesitant to prescribe antibiotics for a 3 week old sinus infection. Did not listen to patient and previous experiences. Prescribed clarithromycin 250 mg instead of 500 mg. That is like drinking water. Very disappointed.

I’m extremely upset!!! My son was tested for Covid on Saturday they had the results on Monday but refused to tell me or call me back!! Then Tuesday they finally called me to let me know the results and told me to get a note ok to return to school I’d have to come get it. So I drove 30 mins and they told me I’d have to wait awhile I waited 45 minutes in office only to be told they’d call me when the doctor had a chance to write it..... how frustrating I’ve already missed an extra day of work because of there lazyness now I’m ... read more

Very slow service. I had an appointment at 12 and was not seen until 1:30, they didn’t seem to mind. Other people walked out.

Long wait. Kept getting bumped for covid testing. Once we complained we were seen immediately

This place and the clowns that work there actually LOST my urine sample for employment thus requiring me to do it all over again... please save yourself and avoid this place like the plague!
