I had to wait about three hours to see anyone and it wasn't a doctor but a Physician's Assistant. To me this is not urgent care.

10:30 arrival per “call ahead” 11:30 finally in treatment room where I waited another :20 Very unprofessional young man who called my name to bring me back.

I was the first one there and the next person didn’t walk in until much later and it still took them an 1 hour to see me and give me an incorrect diagnosis! I walked out of my room after I’d been there for 1 hour with nothing but a flu test done (waited 25 minutes to get results). Then the nurse practitioner told me my issue was asthma and a common cold. I specifically told him I had pain in my bones and muscles, non stop coughing, TIGHTNESS IN MY CHEST, nose congestion and bad sore throat. He said the tightness in my chest ... read more

First of all, your exams rooms did not appear to be as clean as they should have been. For the symptoms I gave the physician I went to your facility on Wednesday 02/05/2020,i.e..... I have a history of Bronchitis, my sputum was green, I was sneezing coughing, headaches. he should have put me on an antibiotic but did not. As a result, I got much worse and ended up going to the James A Haley VA Hospital ER on Saturday 02/08/2020. They put me on Cipro 500mg, Guaifenesin 400mg as well as the Benzonatate 100mg. I had an appointment for 5:30pm but I wasn’t taken back to triage until 7pm and I saw the NP around 7:30. I’m not sure what an appointment means.

The appointment we had was for 11:30, an hour later I had to check back to find out when we would be seen. 15 mins later we got called. The doctor didn’t prescribe any medication for my daughter even though I knew she was sick and instead told us she looked fine and then they decided to do a flu test which they never bothered to call me with the results. Had to wait 3 hours, was the downside. Also called back regarding directions on how to use a medication on January 28. Was told I would receive a call back yesterday and never received a call back. On the good side I really liked Dr Jeremiah and was very knowledgeable!

Long story short...arrived at 4:15 pm on a Monday afternoom...left (without seeing the doctor) at 7:50 pm...many folks left after waiting at least 2 hours..we held on until my wife who's a diabetic needed to eat something, so we left...1 nurse/1 doctor..the most patients that were there the whole time was 6...thinned out pretty quick..awful service...never again..Left 1 star only because the place was clean....Coffee machine didn't work....
