I went in because i was having fevers and burning sensation for 3 days. They took a urine sample and within 5 minutes i was told it was negative for infection. 2 days later i had to run to a ER due to worsening symptoms and blood in my urine. I was told i did in fact had an infection, and a bad one. I was prescribed antibiotics and meds for the pain when urinating. Also making and appointment with my Dr. to make sure day in care didn't affect anything else. Will never go back to a place that cant handle a simple urine test.

Good except I asked for a chest x-ray and it was not recommended and I'm still feeling bad and received no Covid test, this is day 7 with fever.

My first visit was pleasant, the doctor was quick and thorough and was good at listening to my concerns. Check in and out was quick and smooth. My second visit when my symptoms did not improve was less than adequate. I initially called the office to speak with the physician on what to do next. I sat on wait for over an hour and when my call was picked up I was placed on hold and the phone was set on the desk, all the while I heard patients checking in and out. Went in early on their request cause they closed early on thanksgiving, at 2, my time was for 1 and they forced me to come in earlier then that, so I had to drop what I was doing and go, cause they sounded bothered by me on the phone telling them they are closest, also I haven’t gotten the result for my test which I need to pre employement

Seems like a waste of staff to have one come out to do a tiny bit of paperwork and another to do the swab — only one nostril and less than 1” in. I’ve had multiple CIVID-19 tests - NEVER one as “pleasant” as this one!

You scheduled my appointment without contacting me as to my availability and scheduled me on the same morning as I had a Dr. visit and a Board of Directors meeting. With only a two day notice.Nobody was any help in getting my Covid test changed to same day as procedure as I have done in the past. Given phone numbers that resulted in phone trees promising to get back in about two days which was too late. Very frustrating.

Went for help with migraine was referred to another er for help. Paid co pay and was told I’d have to pay another at next place. After being almost in tears for help PA gave me a 3 day prescription.

The center is in a good and convenient location, I have been going here for about 3 years, and always the same thing, front desk people here are rude, not courteous at all, an opinion that my wife and even my 19yr old son share. NEED TO IMPROVE PEOPLE'S ATTITUD IN THE FRONT DESK, THEY HAVE BEEN ALWAYS RUDE, LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE UNHAPPY TO WORK THERE
