Only pt there when I arrived.... a routine physical exam took 1.5 hours.....
Took awhile to get in to doctor. Doctor was friendly and professional, but could not diagnose the problem, and referred me to an ER.
Got in quickly, nurse was efficient and friendly, PA who examined and treated wound (Kim) was very professional, friendly, and capable. Did a good assessment and treatment, and provided good paper work on details for my regular doctor. Would highly recommend.
Visit was fine. Sent to Tower for ultrasound. No results were given. Called TGH urgent on hold for 34 minutes then disconnected. Called back on hold 24 minutes. Was told dr would call us in a little bit concerning results. STILL haven't heard back. Follow up leaves alot to be desired. Not much consideration for patient or his family.
Very slow. Waiting over a hour for a drug test. Also everyone who came in after me got called back before I did.
Had an appointment so we didn’t wait long at all. Doctor was thorough in explaining reasoning for things and didn’t force us to do unnecessary tests
I had a 3:45 appointment and did not get seen until almost 5 o'clock.

We have been very busy with COVID testing due to the ongoing pandemic. We have to sterilize each room after a COVID test and this can take extra time and increase wait times for patients. Follow u with my PC said NO more Lasix and put me on a different diuretic
daughter had high fever. was told a virus and to keep monitoring. 1 day later she had a 106 degree fever and a urinary tract infection. had to take her to her primary care doctor who diagnosed properly. this visit on 6/6 at Fast Track Urgent Care was a waste of time and money. will reconsider before visiting again.
