Sloppy. Lack of the right professionals. No MD available just NP’s that doesn’t have the knowledge, studies and necessary experiences.
I have fewer today 101.5. Went to another urgant care. Dr at TGH UC should have given me zipack. All my virus from.throat converts to bacteria infection. If Dr would have given me prescription i would have felt better today. Not content she didnt give no medicine at all.
The nurse practitioner was terrible. I was there for my blood pressure, bad headaches, diarrhea and more. All he did look in my ear and follow his finger in front of me and a couple other things. All I left with as nasal spray. I next day I got to my Dr. They put me on antibiotics, diarrhea medicine, and blood pressure medicine and labs. I told the Dr what happened at your office. He was very upset that they only gave me nasal spray. Sad I needed and did not get it ☹️🥺
I was in an out within 15 minutes for a Covid testing it was great because I had to be to work. My PA was very informative and he listen to my symptoms that I was having and he did some good suggestions. Forgot the name of the PA but he was awesome! They gave me a return to work letter as well as my results in hand and I walked out the door!! Awesome

I’ve been there several times and felt good about it. Some people I know do not like it there. Well now I had an experience I didn’t like. I went in with rib cage pain after a fall and did not feel the doctor addressed my pain properly. I was in severe pain today and may have to go somewhere else. I’m 68 yo and still work full time after going through chemo and radiation… Praise The Lord I’m doing well but I know what pain is . Everyone there was very nice but don’t feel anything was accomplished.
I went there with a sore throat. The doctor told me it would turn to a cold and last 5 days. She gave me no meds at all. The next day I developed bad congestion and waited one more day went to another Urgent Care and received antibiotic and steroids and now getting well slowly. I will never to back to your Urgent Care.

Physician we saw was rude, had absolutely horrible bedside manners. I tried to explain what was going on w/ my daughter and she said, "List of symptoms is all I need." OK then! Didn't want to hear me out about how we had just moved down here from the northeast and my daughter was having Lyme symptoms. Somehow she invented possible appendicitis - either that or Covid or Flu (???!). My daughter said to me later, "Mom, it was like she was mad my stomach didn't hurt more."
