The practice claims to be part of Tampa General Hospital but has no access to the medical records there or to "mychart". I had chest pains not caused by a heart attack but I did not get a diagnosis. I was advised verbally that I did not have a serious problem but was given a referral document to any Emergency Room. I subsequently was found to have inflammation of my heart. I got right in and they were going to schedule appt with. Orthopedic Doctor but I left the next day so I am following with my Dr.

Nurse practitioner was more interested in telling me how I should feel them asking me what I was feeling so she could potentially treat me. Wasted my time and my insurances money going there.

I went for an ear cleaning but the irrigation was done too hard and I ended with more pain than when I got there. At some point I felt a sharp pain inside my ear and the technician stopped the procedure. Very little of the wax was removed even though the Dr. said my ear looked fine. My clothes were wet and I left the clinic with a lot of discomfort in my ear. I’m seeing a specialist this upcoming week cause I need to know that everything is ok inside my ear since I still have discomfort and pain. I had a very good experience... read more

The provider was excellent!!! However, the front desk needs a lot to be desired for. No bedside manners whatsoever! Not pleasant at all. I also had to wait an hour outside of the waiting area in the heat of the day though the space inside was huge for patient and caregiver.

First let me say.....the Drs., and nurses.....all....were awesome. Very impressed with each and everyone of them. Having said that.....allow me to continue with why I gave you a 2 star rating. In short.....your facility. Your care space....the rooms specifically....are not conducive to well care. Two things, which are primary to proper convalescence, are rest and nutrition. In both these categories, I found TGH sorely lacking. Not one single night did I get more than 4 hrs of sleep....and that came in 30 minute increment... read more

Very rude front staff. Exceptionally long wait time. Had an appointment and was kept waiting for 1.5 hours and still not seen. Had to leave because I had another appointment.

Appointment was at 10:30 am, did not get in till after 12 pm. All I heard was excuses, love the line your next. After getting in I felt rushed and was told I would get my rapid testing results back in 15 minutes. Well after 2 hours I try to call but did not get anyone do I personally drove up to the Urgent Care after 2 something and the place was not busy and I ask if I could get my results. Took about 10 minutes and the receptionist printed out our results. It’s a shame I had to drive back up there to get my test results. H... read more
