Staff from the front desk to the doctor who saw me were fantastic. The doctor was very attentive to my questions and my symptoms.
My experience was not to good because, 0 patients that day and still make me wait an hour for a drug test they have me drinking water in the end they told me that the system was down and from downtown Tampa I was send all the way to Wesley Chapel Location. 30 minutes away .
I paid out of pocket 200 for nothing
Front desk staff was amazing. The only thing if the X-ray tech didn’t show up for work and I was there for a possible broken arm I should have been told that when I was checking in. Instead I got all checked in and was seen by PA to find out there was no X-ray staff. So then I had to drive another 45 minutes away from my home to go to another urgent care with an X-ray tech. Daniela Bataille: PA was the provider. I was super sick and told her all the symptoms when she walked in. She then proceeded to ask ME which tests I wanted. Mind blown- I said uh Covid and strep I guess (given she should’ve recommended me which tests based on my symptoms) but I knew I had an upper respiratory infection or something along those lines of bacterial infections. APRN WILLIAM SELIG looked at my swollen foot said it wasn't gout didn't do anything no x-ray no ultra sound nothing tole me to take ibuprofen and corticosteroids such as prednisone No perscription given did nothing for $220.00 was the worse experience I have ever had missed work for NOTHING TOLD ME TO LOSE WEIGHT CUT BACK ON ALCHOL AND RED MEAT . my fiancee did more for me
When signing in I was told a doctor will see me. After waiting for about 2 hours I was denied to see a doctor. As patients we have the right to a doctor. I do not recommend your place to anyone since you would have turned a sick person away. Not nice at all. To this day have no idea what the diagnosis was for me.
Drive-thru PCR. The test was performed deep into my nasal cavity. I believe this was unnecessary and could have been done more shallow. It was uncomfortable for hours afterward, including my right eye. I’ve had them done previously by TGH without the depth or discomfort.
No line, pleasant staff, in and out through the drive thru in 5 mins.
