I waited over an hour to have a urine drug screen done. Everyone who came after me was serviced first, until I said something.
Had a scheduled apple but still had to wait 2 hours
All contacts were friendly and helpful. After a short wait the doctor examined me proceeded to perform COVID and flu tests and explained what my next step should be.
I visited TCH twice in 3 days. Staff and doctors were top notch. So glad it is near by
I arrived at this office at 1952. Walked in at 1953 to check in and make sure I could be seen. I planned on apologizing for coming in 7 minutes before closing... But before I said anything I was greeted with "you do know we close in 7 minutes" and an irritated glare. "I mean... we'll take you but you know we are closing", trying to deter me from seeking care here. I simply said "I'm aware" and answered the check in questions. I get it, you're about to close. Went to TGH facility since I could not see my doctor. Assumed my med info was in the system. Had flu for 5 days and NP thought I might have an infection? Gave me amoxicillin/potassium clav. It has caused very strong and persistent diarrhea. I have had IBS condition for years. Called this morning and could not reach anyone. Called my pharmacist and she told me I could stop taking the meds. Urgent Care apparently isn’t staffed on Sat.
Awful experience, very disappointed in the level of care and customer service.
Very unorganized business. Really no one in waiting room and still no one picks up the phone. Awful phone service. Don’t recommend this place for anything.
I was seen immediately evaluated and we sat in the waiting area for several hours before being called. In the exam room the Dr. told us her diagnosis and suggested we go on to the hospital since walk in clinics don't do labs. We left and went to Advent Hospital.
