Appointment was at 10:30 am, did not get in till after 12 pm. All I heard was excuses, love the line your next. After getting in I felt rushed and was told I would get my rapid testing results back in 15 minutes. Well after 2 hours I try to call but did not get anyone do I personally drove up to the Urgent Care after 2 something and the place was not busy and I ask if I could get my results. Terrible service. Still waiting on a Dr to email me results. Dr called back and hung up on me after being a complete ahole. Hey bud, it's your job. If you don't like it, go get a job working on cars or animals as neither can talk back... doc called back after on hold with customer service for 3 HOURS TO GET RESULTS and then doc hung up on me. Waste of a degree. Take your designation and shove it Mr. MD DICK

Referring a type 1 diabetic for antibody infusions, means you DONT TAKE 2 DAYS to get the referral to the infusion site....being there is a 7 day window from day 1 of covid symptoms and you were seeing a patient on day 3 of them....ya then know you got 4 days to refer, have the clinic acknowledge and schedule , and have the infusions.....again ya took 2 of those 4 days just getting the frigging referral over ....then , it was too late for the clinic to schedule at all..... sooo any hope of early treatment to avoid hospitali... read more

The front desk associate was very pushy and rude, rather than welcoming. I had never been here before and just walked in and said “Hi!” And she immediately responded “can you just wait a minute, and proceeded to ignore me for 25 minutes.

No one said that I had to drive to back before I get there, sign wasn't visible until you drive around. I had to walk around to go in lobby in the rain, then waited on the woman at desk, until she told me to go drive to back of building, I was using a cane too.

I was finished with my procedure at 1!I lay on y back for four more hours before they removed the purewic when the dr. Assistance student came he took it out. Still had to lay on my back for another 25 minutes while he press to make sure I was not bleeding. All this time I had nothing to eat. Had to wait until 6:30 to eat. Now have yo lay on my back 4 more hours. Until I am able to go home.. my husband is 76 years old Andy does not drive at night. We have yo get a neighbor. I have the worst pain in my back.
