Good service, timely and very professional
It was my first and last time seeking medical care at this Urgent Care; more time was spent requesting my credit card to be held on my account than time given toward my care.
Front desk staff very kind and professional Med tech fast efficient and very careful with my sprained ankle ARNP excellent and thorough. Great experience and timely.
Dr. Was no help at all. Doesn't believe in antibiotics when needed. Mask mandate has been banned by governor of Florida Mr. DeSantis March 1st who is the law maker. Masks provide 0 protection but actually do harm by causing brain damage brain stroke & liver damage reported by dr's. We are protected by ADA who put out a report it is forbidden to force anyone to wear a mask. Np disregarded my primary care DOCTORS professional evaluation of situation causing me to lose work time and income.. I believe it was merely because I went to my Doctor over her assessment.. Not exactly sure where an NP has the gall to undermine the expertise and experience of my MD WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS ME AND MY HISTORY..
While the wait time was none, the treatment felt rushed. I don’t believe they were listening to my symptoms. After one week, nothing has changed. Still have the same issues that I went in with.
No waiting. Taking the test took approx. 10 minutes.
Services is to slow for a Urgent Care facility; they don’t have MD available for services, just NP’s.
