Extended wait. Provider not helpful at all. Provider and staff very detached. Felt like I was in an assembly line. Everything very rushed. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
Not good a lot of info on your website needed updated ! Needed a recertification . Doctor was treating it like a new qualification’ not very happy with your provider!
Good luck getting a call back with testing results. You sit in a call queue for long periods of time and then receive “sorry something went wrong, please call back” message, to call back and then repeat. Literally, no one calls back or responds. There is not a direct line - just a call center loop. Could not get a call back from records, billing, etc. this is an extremely poorly run business.
Waited 90 minutes for a short/ routine diagnosis
It was a long wait, only one receptionist during lunch time and only two Physician Assistants (PA) with one at lunch and no physicians. So, during lunch period you will sit there waiting for a long, long time. After about 2 hours, both PAs where uncomfortable to do sticking on an eyebrow and asked me to go to an ER. So, I end up with an Urgent Care bill and an ER bill. I was very unhappy to say the least.
Front desk and the people speak spanish it’s so rude they need to be nice
Refered to hospital after 2 visits to clinic. Not enough info provided for the hospital to take action. Caused 8 hour delay and for my condition deteriorate to get the necessary care.
The doctors and staff are extremely condescending and they will tell you that nothing is owed upon leaving and then automatically debit money from your account later on. Shady and unfair practice.
The wait was more than 3.5 hours. There wasn’t a lot of people there. My total treatment time was maybe 15 minutes.
