I had to wait 3 hours despite making an appointment online. I completed the paperwork online as well and had to fill it out again. The wait time was very long for everyone who was there. I felt that I had to answer questions about my health several times to different providers (which was also on the paperwork), allergy information, pharmacy information, etc. The provider I saw was helpful, kind and thorough however the process itself left much to be desired.

I realized upon getting home that the boot that was provided me was too small, which was causing additional pain. Also, and most distressing, was that I received a phone call stating that my toe was indeed broken and I would receive a referral. I called to follow up on the status of the referral, and was told it would take 5 days, and it may actually have been a little longer before the referral was received. I provided a urine sample only to have the nurse say that she needed more and I will need to stay 3 hours. She refused for me to drink water and told me I had to sit and wait in their X-ray room. That’s crazy. Never again.

I came to this urgent care last Tuesday. It was about 40 minutes until they closed. When I walked in the receptionist was shaking her head. She seemed upset that I was coming in to get treated. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. When you feel sick, that’s the last thing you need after the kiosk wouldn’t take my information on the third time the other receptionist was like oh yeah, there’s a glitch they just seemed unaware and unhelpful in general. Made an appointment on the website & received a confirming text message. Lady at the counter said we are an urgent care, not a clinic, we do not take appointments. Reason for visit was painful leg following an injury. Needed an Xray to confirm not a hairline fracture. PA was more concerned with slight selling of ankle & varicose veins. First, we set an appointment using the website. After waiting for over 50 minutes, we asked the registration woman how much longer as our appointment was 11am. She said, this is an urgent care, not a clinic, we do not have an appointments. Really? I scheduled it online & my husband received a text confirming it. Four hour wait. 3 1/2 in the waiting room to get into a room. And another half hour in the room waiting to see the doctor. Everyone was very nice but that’s ridiculous. I won’t be coming back. I might as well travel 30 minutes for less wait and I’ll still get out sooner than I did at your location.
