They are very limited in what they can do to help because they don't have access to tools such as MRI's that all hospitals have.

How about a four and half hour long wait to see the only one doctor on the schedule. Saw the dr for a total of four minutes. She said she couldn’t help me I would have to got to the hospital. I did this the next dad and they were very helpful. I will never be back again. Outdated equipment,very under staffed. A dr shouldn’t be seeing 60-70 patients in a day. Gary

I had to wait about 1 hour and a half to be seen by a doctor. The woman in the front desk was rude. However, the dr attention was professional.

I came in for a drug screening and it took forever to get me seen. When people are coming in for a drug screening, u can’t have them wait for an hour to pee in a cup. People are coming in ready to urinate. The guy next to me was waiting for over an hour to be seen. The staff was very nice and courteous but obviously your understaffed and need to get your act together. People’s time is valuable and we’re paying a lot of money to come there.

First appointment for a TB and fit test. 830 appointment. Didn’t leave until after 1130. Received a call the day after saying saying something was wrong with the blood. Had to drive all the way back. Waited another 4 hours for a lab recollect. Horrible. Horrible experience.

Waited over 40 minutes for a service was asked to return at a later time when I indicated I had a strict deadline for service I came for to begin with . Unprofessional and inconsiderate

No health care provider ever connected with me. I called twice to do a virtual Tele health call. The first time I waited 30mins and the second time I waited over an hour. I was completely upset and discussed especially since I work as an RN for TGH. Will never use again!!
