On the 3rd and 4th of this month I’ve been harassed and blocked from timely medical treatment by your check in person at the 4505 Gunn Highway location. I’ve visited previously with a great experience. The check in associates name begins with a K. Twice I’ve made attempts to get a follow up from the previous visit on the 26th of this month. Usually I don’t leave reviews and I especially don’t like leaving bad ones. The people at the front desk were so kind and the person who took me back was also so kind. I went here after being sick for a month with coughing, fatigue, no taste and smell, severe body pain, nausea, etc. The doctor told me I was not sick and just had heart burn. I had to ask for them to prescribe me cough medicine. It has been close to a week since going and I have since only gotten worse and am now suffering a fractured rib from all the coughin... read more
Check in and out was pleasant but the waiting was terrible when there was only 5 patients counting myself 3hrs and few minutes waiting to be seen is lock of compasión I could here the stuff just taking and having a good time not paying any attention to Us
I was seen within an hour and a half after signing in online. The staff was friendly. Although my symptoms (including cough, headache, congestion) in my opinion warranted some sort of testing, no tests were done or recommended. I was prescribed an antibiotic and sent on my way. This visit was a waste of time and money. I specifically asked for medication for my cough and asthma. Neither was prescribed. I feel like the doctor could of been more understanding and actually gave me medicine at least even though it was a viral illness I still was in pain.

I wasn’t greeted by a friendly staff. There were three people at the desk; two staff members and a nurse. When I walked in the nurse began telling us to leave, that they were closed, despite me having an appointment. One of staff members asked what I was there for and I explained my symptoms (facial pressure, piercing headache, difficulty swallowing, a sinus infection) to which the nurse told me to “blow my nose”. I waited 3 hours to a PA for 10 minutes who was taking notes in a scrap paper. I felt I wasted my time going to this facility.
